The Burns Group is comprised of two individuals who each offer specialized
skills and strengths. Judy Burns has been providing excellent customer service
in Central Indiana for over 28 years. Judy worked as registered nurse for
28 years before beginning her next career as a Realtor seven years ago. The
transition has been smooth, as Judy has used her excellent people skills and
strong work ethic to become a top agent with CENTURY 21 Rasmussen
.
In just a few years, Judy has become a successful agent, rising quickly to the
top of her profession. She became a multi-million dollar producer in 2003 and
has maintained that status ever since. In 2006, Judy finished #63 in the Midwest
in production, that ranking out of over 3,300 agents in the Midwest.Judy had
a strong 2007, and again is in the middle of the pack of the Top 100 Agents in
the Midwest already in 2008. Judy
was also awarded the prestigious Quality Service Award in 2002, and has maintained
that through 2007. Judy was recognized by CENTURY 21 as a Quality Service
PINNACLE Award Winner for 2007 - which recognizes consistent Quality Service
with consistently high scores.
Judy’s strengths as a Realtor are many, but her top-notch customer service
skills are what set her apart. She has worked with many first-time buyers, as
well as clients with more specialized needs. “I feel strongly that I want
my clients to feel that I am their Realtor for life and that they can trust me
and know that I am going to take care of their needs,” Judy says. Her sincere
desire to help will certainly shine through as she helps you buy or sell your
home.
Rick Burns has been working in real estate for 14 years. For the past twelve
years, he has served as the General Manager for CENTURY 21 Rasmussen. Rick has
been an integral part of the success the office has achieved in the past several
years, offering leadership and motivation to the agents of CENTURY 21 Rasmussen
as well as providing marketing and managerial experience.
Under Rick’s
management, from 2000 to 2007, the office has received the Quality Service Award,
which honors the exceptional customer service that CENTURY 21 Rasmussen provides
to its customers. The office was also awarded the prestigious President’s
Award in 2004, 2005 and 2006. The President’s award is an achievement
awarded to only a select few offices and is based on a combination of high production
and a high level of customer service, which is determined by clients.
Rick is proud of the office’s achievements, and carries that pride over
into his role with the Burns Group. “Service is the key to our business,” says
Rick. “Quality Service Awards are as important to me as any other award
we might achieve.” Rick’s marketing and managerial talents are his
greatest contributions to the Burns Group.
In addition to helping clients with their real estate needs, Rick and Judy are
active in their community. Every summer, Judy leads the team in raising money
for Easter Seals. With her help, CENTURY 21 Rasmussen has been a top contributor
among the nation’s CENTURY 21 offices to the Easter Seals organization.
Rick and Judy also enjoy spending time with their three children, going on trips
with friends, and playing with their dog, Maddie.
Real
estate is a business based on clients, past, present and future. The Burns Group
