JUDY
Judy Burns has been providing excellent customer service in Central
Indiana for over 29 years. Judy worked as registered nurse for
28 years before beginning her next career as a Realtor six years ago. The
transition has been smooth, as Judy has used her excellent people skills
and strong work ethic to become a top agent with CENTURY 21 Rasmussen.
In just a few years, Judy has become a successful agent. She became a multi-million
dollar producer in 2003 and continued ever since. In 2006, Judy finished
in the Top 100 Agents in the Midwest, finishing #63 out of over 3,300 agents. She
was awarded the prestigious Quality Service Award in 2002, and has continued
that through 2006. Judy’s clients have honored her with a 100 percent
satisfaction level, which has consistently placed her above and beyond the qualifications
for this award.
Judy’s strengths as a Realtor are many, but her top-notch customer service

Rick Burns
has been working in real estate for 12 years. For the past ten years, he has
served as the General Manager for CENTURY 21 Rasmussen. Rick has been an integral
part of the success the office has achieved in the past several years, offering
leadership and motivation to the agents of CENTURY 21 Rasmussen as well as providing
marketing and managerial experience.
Under Rick’s
management, CENTURY 21 Rasmussen achieved the Centurion award level in 2003 through
2006, which recognizes the office as a high performance leader in the nation.
From 2000 to 2006, the office has received the Quality Service Award, which honors
the exceptional customer service that CENTURY 21 Rasmussen provides to its customers.
The office was also awarded the prestigious President’s Award in 2004,
2005 and 2006.
Rick is proud
of the office’s achievements, and carries that pride over into his role
with the Burns Group. “Service is the key to our business,” says
Rick. “Quality Service Awards are as important to me as any other award
we might achieve.” Rick’s marketing and managerial talents are his
